How to delete your data

If you want to delete all personal data associated with your SocialHalwa account, send an email to hello@socialhalwa.com with the subject line:

Delete my data

Please send the request from the email address associated with your SocialHalwa account so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account profile (name, email)
• All connected social account tokens (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• All posts, drafts, and scheduled content you created
• All uploaded media files
• Your workspace and billing records (subscription data is retained by Razorpay per their policies)
• All analytics events tied to your user ID

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Instagram data

If you connected your Instagram account to SocialHalwa via Facebook Login, you can also revoke app permissions directly from your Facebook account settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Revoking permissions removes our access to your Instagram account but does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers — please also send us a deletion email as described above.
